Good enough is good enough.
100% complete and “done” is never ever going to happen.
We had plans for a sophisticated and detailed coaching program for agencies on how to build revenue and land clients, complete with workbooks, coaching calls, office hours, AI tools, community forums, and more.
And as we kept adding more and more features, I had to ask myself “Would someone pay for this now, in the state it’s already in?”
In my mind, it was only 60% of what it could be, but we launched because I knew if I spent any longer on it, it’d never get released.
And sure enough, stripped back to the absolute bare essentials, the program was a multiple 6 figure a year success with hundreds of sales.
The lesson?
Launch before you’re ready because it’s probably already ready.
So, are you holding off on something because it’s not “perfect” yet?
