I know this might sound like I’m rooting against my own self-interest, but hear me out.
Despite all the caveats, the ethical concerns, and the fact that AI video tech is still in its awkward phase (seriously, have you seen that eToro ad?), I’m genuinely thrilled about its potential.
Why?
Because the ability to quickly create engaging content using just text through AI is a game-changer, and it’s only going to get better.
Here’s the reality: People often overvalue quality.
Sure, high-quality products have their place, but most people will pick convenience every time.
Think about it—how many people choose McDonald’s over a gourmet burger?
We all have our own little contradictions, criticising AI in one breath while benefiting from it in another.
That’s why I’m so excited about AI video.
It’s going to be a powerful tool for creating content that helps people, even if it’s not perfect right out of the gate.
So, whether you love it or hate it, AI video is coming, and it’s going to change the game.
What’s your take on this?
