- Charge higher prices. Every time you make a sale, add 10%
- Hire someone – you need to do this YESTERDAY if you’re still by yourself
- Follow this plan for pricing and customers
4 customers a year = $25,000 per customer = $100,000 income
40 customers a year = $2500 per customer = $100,000 income
400 customers a year = $250 per customer = $100,000 income
- Do NOT think you can offer a $25,000 product for a $2500 price tag or any other kind of combination
- Look at how many sales you made last year
- That’s how many sales you’ll make THIS year
- The amount of customers won’t change
- The only thing left to change therefore is the price
- Finding more money is 10x easier than finding more customers
The most insane thing that never ever makes sense to me, is when people say “I need to make more money. I’ll keep my prices low and I’ll just find more customers.”
That’s like saying “I need to travel further. I’ll keep walking and just take bigger strides.”
