- Are you still struggling with Y?
- How are you getting on with Z competitor?
- I’d listen to how they still aren’t getting the results they want AND how they’re still facing the same problems AND that the person they decided to use overpromised
- I’d offer to honor the same offer I gave them last time
- “We can get started this week, I just need a deposit”
