How I’d steal your clients (and make them pay more)

  1. I’d call up every client I’ve “lost” in the last year
    1. Lost to competitors
    2. Ghosted me
    3. Dropped off
  2. I’d ask them
    1. Have you got X result yet?
    2. Are you still struggling with Y?
    3. How are you getting on with Z competitor?
  3. I’d listen to how they still aren’t getting the results they want AND how they’re still facing the same problems AND that the person they decided to use overpromised
  4. I’d offer to honor the same offer I gave them last time
  5. “We can get started this week, I just need a deposit”
