This ONE thing makes me a $997/hour coach

My 1:1 coaching is now $997 – don’t worry, this isn’t a sales pitch.

And the reason that I can charge that much is because I ask one REALLY good question.

If you pay attention to any of my other content, you’ll know that I teach that pricing is a reflection of the customers value, not your value.

$997 an hour is a fine price to pay if that one hour unlocks $20,000 worth of revenue.

So therefore, the customer needs to have the means and capabilities of selling a $20,000 product.

If I go into a business and find $20,000 worth of missed opportunities, and it takes me under an hour, that’s good value for money.

And, in lots of cases, that’s exactly what I do.

But! In all fairness, there is ONE question I have found that makes my clients think harder and get more results than any other coach they’re working with.

When I ask this question, everything thinks they have an answer. 

But, when we peel back the layers, it always turns out that they have no idea.

So I ask it again. And again, Until I’ve got the answer they need.

Ready?

So we start the call, they’ll tell me what their problems are and all their ideas.

We get all that down on paper.

And I ask.

“So what do you want?”

50% of people rattle off a ton of context and problems and more ideas and back story.

50% of people are stumped and then tell me all the things they don’t want.

That’s fine – neither of those are the answer I’m looking for. But it’s part of the process.

I’ll get all their answers out on paper and here’s why my coaching style is very very different.

I’ll ask the question again.

Trust me – THIS is why I’m paid the big bucks.

“So what do you want?”

Asking the question again usually goes over people’s heads.

They don’t recognise that I’ve asked the question again.

Those that do, realise that they haven’t given me the answer I’m looking for.

So they try again.

And if needed, I’ll keep doing this until they tell me the thing that they want.

So – what do you want?
