My secret tool for making $12,000 a month in passive income

There’s a process I use that generates me over $12,000 a month in passive revenue.

And I don’t mean “I sell a course” or something that actually is a lot of work.

I think I lot of people feel that passive revenue means they make a sale and don’t have to deliver anything in order to collect the payment.

That is kind of passive revenue, I guess. But that’s just…running a business.

As the business owner, you shouldn’t be delivering anything.

Someone or something else should be doing that.

True passive revenue is this:

  1. Sales are made without me lifting a finger
  2. The product is delivered without me lifting a finger
  3. I can have 1 or 1000 sales in a day and it doesn’t increase my workload
  4. The sale rolls in every single month

It’s one thing to make a passive sale once. But you still need to sell it again and again next week and next month.

A passive recurring revenue is like pure gold dust.

I’ve got to replace the suspension on my car, brakes and tyres plus get an oil change.

This is a few days after having to travel and pay for a hotel to attend a family thing.

The security I get from knowing I can pay cash for all these things, upfront, with no borrowing – that’s the best feeling in the world.

And it’s done like this.

[Audience] → [Problem] → [Content] → [Lead magnet] → [VSL] → [Subscription SaaS product]

Or:

[Audience] → [Problem] → [Content] → [Lead magnet] → [email list] → [VSL] → [Subscription SaaS product]

The VSL is the same for both paths.

It’s just a case of if someone opts in to a lead magnet, they might not watch the VSL on the confirmation page straight away.

If they do, they’ll see a VSL for a subscription SaaS product that solves a huge problem for them.

If they don’t watch the VSL, they’re added to my email marketing list and I’ll promote the same product and VSL to that list.

I keep the problem FOCUSED on the same audience.

It seems generally accepted and even normal now to avoid wearing fur.

It’s barbaric, unnecessary and cruel.

It took YEARS of protesting, paint throwing and exposure with partners for PETA to get people to stop wearing fur.

They had to repeat that same message for YEARS.

There’s a reason Audi advertises to you 8 times an hour on TV.

Repeat the offer over and over.

Make sure the product gives you recurring revenue.I cannot emphasise how important this is.
