This thing makes bank. I love it.
Step 1: Think of a “token” that your audience wants. Don’t overcomplicate it. Make it so simple that a CHILD could understand it.
Dentists want patients.
Music makers want to release tracks.
Coffee shops want takeaway customers.
Step 2: Create 3 pages in your funnel software.

- An optin page (copy this one)
- A video page (copy this one)
- A delivery page (copy this one)
Remember, if you want all these funnels and pages and templates pre-built, sign up for the free 30 day trial to HighLevel and I include them as a “snapshot”.
Step 3: Replace the token’s I talk about on my pages with YOUR tokens i.e. patients, takeaway customers, release music tracks.
Step 4: Create a simple video talking about how you have a product that can help them with the same thing they want from the previous step.
I.e. Lead magnet/optin “get 5 new dental patients” → the video teaches them also how to “get 5 new dental patients” and has a call to action to your product or service.
NOTE – CRITICAL: Don’t over complicate this. Keep the token the same through the sales funnel. Notice on my delivery pages that I ALSO have a VSL promoting a product.
Step 5: Create organic content talking about the SAME token and how to get it. Promote the lead magnet in the content.
Step 6: Email me when you’re making sales.
