Everything I eat in a day

Breakfast:

2 fried eggs

125g beef mince

Banana

Milk

Black coffee

Maybe a flapjack or something immediately after the gym

Water (1 litre)

Mid morning snack:

Homemade bagel with peanut butter (and real butter – don’t tell Olivia).

Black coffee

Maybe cereal if I’m hungry

Water (500ml)

Lunch:

Fried egg/boiled egg

Prosciutto ham

Cheese

Crisps

Chutney

Yogurt

Apple, berries or some kind of fruit

Maple syrup

Water (500ml – 1L)

Mid afternoon snack:

Flapjack or some kind of cake

Chocolate

Fruit

White coffee 

500ml water

Dinner:

Chicken curry

Rice

Runner beans

Broccoli

Leeks

Sprouts

(I tend to have most of my veg in the evening)

Water 500ml – 1L

Mid evening snack:

Popcorn

Cereal

Cake/pudding or something sweet (not most days)

Chocolate (I’d rather die than go without it)

Water 500ml
