Sophia Tapper is my coach. Specifically my training, exercise, physical coach.
She’s helped me rehab out of chemotherapy and surgery.
She’s helped me set a work record for walking lunges (5 km if you want to watch the video).
Currently she’s helping me get something called a “muscle up”.
It’s basically where you start underneath a pullup bar or gymnastic rings and pull yourself up over the bar and then push the bar down.
For gymnasts, it’s such a beginner basic move that it doesn’t even need training.
For me, it’d be the single best thing I can do with my body.
And my coach Sophia (who’s also a doctor, business owner, world pro-level athlete and championship swimmer) has been with me through thick and thin.
I tell my coach everything.
Because my goals are turned into plans and actions when I share them with her.
She literally turns goals into action points.
I follow those action points.
I reach my goals.
Coaches work and I wouldn’t swap mine for the world.
