My favourite client delivery model EVER is this one.
It’s a hybrid between coaching, consulting and agency work.
Plus, it has the best software and recurring revenue model built in, making it bulletproof.
How it works is that you build small groups of clients to complete a project together, and you work on it as a team.
During the project, you can offer to build solutions for them, or leave them to it themselves.
It’s extremely scalable, profitable and generates recurring revenue.
I want you to think about booking a holiday.
Not actually booking a holiday (well maybe), but the process of booking a vacation and taking some kind of transport to get the final destination.
Currently, my wife and I are eyeing up some trips to Italy and we’ve got a few options.
We could fly, from airport to airport.
That in itself has a few upgrade options.
There’s first class, business, economy, premium.
Another option is getting the Eurostar over to Brussels and hiring a car.
This would prevent having to spend too much time in an aeroplane and waiting around in an airport.
Plus, we’d get to drive through the stunning scenery, stop off and see friends in other countries.
I like driving and I like food – so we could stop off and get different meals in each city.
Sounds amazing.
There’s trains, cruises, busses, ride shares. We could use our own car, buy a car, hire a car.
There are SO many options.
But the GOAL is to have a great holiday in Italy and to reach Italy.
Now imagine you were helping us plan the journey.
Some of the journey, I’m comfortable doing by myself (driving).
Some of the journey, I want lots of comfort and luxury (Eurostar).
Some of the journey, I’m happy to avoid or ignore entirely (certain cities or activities).
Some of the journey I want help with planning and local knowledge (where to eat).
There are parts of the journey and process that I want you to get involved with and parts I don’t.
THIS is the new hybrid agency model that works.
If you pick a destination, i.e. 10 new $10,000 clients in 90 days.
You could get a group of people together, even as small as two people.
And run weekly group calls to work through the next stage in the process.
When they need help, offer to help (for a price and agreed amount) and when they don’t, just show them the path.
Charge a monthly fee for the calls.
And, make sure to enrol them in something like HighLevel so they’re got a platform to work off.
That way, even if they do leave, they will still pay a fee to use the software.
