Problem
The problem is that website businesses that use WordPress often struggle to charge what they’re worth. Both in terms of what the website delivers AND what you as a professional and expert are worth. This means that you don’t make the profit that you deserve.
But in order to charge more, you need to have more ‘stuff’ to offer right? You need more features, better systems and processes and you need to be better at what you do, to start charging more.
Myth
The myth, and this is what most WordPress and website businesses do, is that a theme only costs you $50 and you spend a few quid on plugins, so there is no WAY that you can justify a $10 000 price tag on something that only cost you a few bob right? Therefore, your prices have to be low because what you bought only cost you a little.
Current situation
Currently, WordPress powers 25% of the internet. 1 in 4 websites use it as their main framework.
