October is here and no, you’re not going mental, I didn’t do a goal list for September. I was so focused on building and launching my new course “How To Build A Profitable, Successful Funnel Business”, that I totally forgot all other obligations.
The good news though is that the course is live and selling. Now I just have to keep that momentum going.

2. Send 8 sales emails promoting the new course
What is it?
I need to produce more content. especially video, for Beaver Funnels. Starting in August we’ll do a live video every week in the Facebook group and see what happens. I’ve been putting this off for months, I just need to start. START!
How am I planning on doing it?
- Video 1 is the hardest – just do it
- Topic – building a basic sales funnel
- Broadcast to Facebook live in the group
- Record the screen – publish it
- Do it again. Fucks sake Mike.
3. Create remarketing campaign for course page visits
What is it?
We’ve got tons of webinars set up for this month and the next 2 months. I want to stay conservative but with a clear goal. I’m going to sell 10 Beaver Funnel licenses over 1 webinar.
How am I planning on doing it?
- Pitch Beaver Funnels on at least 2 August webinars
- Answer questions and objections
- Follow up with all webinar attendees
- Get unsure prospects on a call – send them content!
4. Send 6 sign up emails promoting the webinar
What is it?
Sell Your Service has been meaning to set up an affiliate program for a long time. We’ve got plenty of products and I want to help my customers grow their income too.
How am I planning on doing it?
- Move checkout page to sellyourservice
- Offer 20% – 50% commission on various products
- Set up checkout page
- Use affiliateWP to split sales or PaidMembershipPro to measure sales
Just a side note: the hardest part is NOT taking the payment or even splitting the commission. It’s making sure that memberships get set up correctly.

1. Sell 5 coaching plans
What is it?
Our weekly coaching platform is our flagship product. It’s designed to help funnel builders sell more funnels, scale their business and reach their maximum income potential.
What happened
Done. In fact it was higher than that, around 12 in total. They’re all still with us too which is great.
2. Do a live video every week for Beaver Funnels
What is it?
I need to produce more content. especially video, for Beaver Funnels. Starting in August we’ll do a live video every week in the Facebook group and see what happens. I’ve been putting this off for months, I just need to start. START!
What happened
Failed misserably. I did a few but couldn’t get it off the ground. I’m sure it’s because I’m afraid of something.
3. Sell 10 more Beaver Funnel licenses over webinar
What is it?
We’ve got tons of webinars set up for this month and the next 2 months. I want to stay conservative but with a clear goal. I’m going to sell 10 Beaver Funnel licenses over 1 webinar.
What happened
Yeah we did sell a few licenses. But I’m struggling to keep the sales of BF going. I think it’s because I’m not making enough offers. However we have plans for BF in the future that should change all this.
4. Set up affiliate program for Sell Your Service
What is it?
Sell Your Service has been meaning to set up an affiliate program for a long time. We’ve got plenty of products and I want to help my customers grow their income too.
What happened
Done. It was hard work but we did it. We’ve got an affiliate program set up, available to all customers, who want to generate 20% on our course sales and all products in future.
