I had a Tribe client ask me if I knew how to get their clients better results and they were worried about lack of results and poor sales.

The problem was that they were focusing on what the customer thought they needed (leads).

Leads without sales is like planting seeds in someone else’s garden, if you’re not going to harvest or nurture them it’s a total waste. And when they don’t have sales coming they blame you.

Years ago I was consulting a large internet company and we had to put together a bunch of campaigns for them. I thought were great, the team thought they were good, and yet we didn’t see a single cent increase in sales. What the sales team didn’t know is that my background is more sales than marketing.

When I started listening to their calls I was shocked at how they were handling the leads that we had generated for them. We generated ten thousand leads for them plus of course, they had their previous clients but they simply weren’t closing them properly. It was an absolute mockery of all the work we put in and we got the blame for the sales team not executing.

    • Dig into their biggest problems
  3. Reach out to lost customers and proposals
    • Call and email prospects and proposals
  4. Get customers to subscribe
    • Turn consulting into a recurring revenue product
    • Offer results each week 
    • Think about what they need each time
  5. Drive brand-new sales with a relaunch
