How this meathead makes his clients $100M

I’m going to share with you how meathead gym owner Alex Hormozzi was able to guarantee million dollar results to his clients AND deliver the results (and how you can too).

If you run any kind of business you’ll know that losing a sale is painful.

But losing a client? Is 100x more agonising.

Something hits deep down inside when you have a client tell you that they’re leaving your service.

That feeling of failure that you didn’t meet their expectations.

Most of the time, clients leave because they’re not seeing results.

So in order to keep our clients happy, how would it feel if you could guarantee them results?

Or how about making sales in the first place?

Wouldn’t that be 100x easier to make sales if you could guarantee results to your clients?

That’s how this lunkhead Alex Hormozzi ran his gym marketing business.

In fact, he was SO confident that his marketing would work that he would tell his clients that he’ll do it for FREE and he just keeps the revenue of the new sales.

I’m going to share how Alex and so many others can both guarantee results AND deliver those results so they land new clients and keep them.

But in order to understand how Alex is able to guarantee results to clients (and how you can too), we have to first meet this long distance runner and understand how he broke the marathon world record.

This is Eliud Kipchoge.

He’s a Kenyan runner who attempted to run a sub 2-hour marathon.

The two hour barrier was such a huge mountain to climb that Nike wanted to “claim ownership” of the record using the event name “Breaking2”.

And in October 2019 he managed to run it at 1:59:40 which is running at 13 miles per hour for 2 hours.

But the 2 hour barrier wasn’t something that just ANYONE could do, right?

It would be insane for Nike to pick someone like me to train to break that record.

They looked at Eliud because he broke the previous world record of 2 hours 1 minute 39 seconds by over a minute.

Nike didn’t need to double his speed or even take off 10 minutes.

They just needed to shave off 1 minute and 40 seconds.

And this is where so many agencies go wrong.

Alex Hormozzi knew this when he ran his gym and fitness consultancy.

Let’s say that his goal was to generate an additional $100,000 revenue for a gym.

If he had two choices of customers, which do you think he’d go for?

Gym A has 1000 customers already. Their average membership price is $100 a month and they have capacity for another 100 – 200 new clients.

They have a solid close rate, a large email list of clients and their gym classes are well reviewed and popular.

Gym B has 60 customers and they’re already at capacity. Their average monthly price is $40 a month and their classes, while well attended, have a high client turnover.

In fact, you don’t even need to be Alex Hormozzi to know which gym is more likely to hit a six-figure increase in sales.

You could probably even do it yourself.

How often have you had clients desperate for your help, where you’re basically expected to grow their leads, come up with a sales campaign, close clients and even (in some cases) deliver some of the work to their clients.

Plus, how often are those clients super cheap despite needing the most help?

The funny thing about working with low value clients, is that they squeeze you down on price, and then expect you to be grateful for the work.

I say – to hell with that.

You can’t help me or the average person break a sub two-hour marathon.

You can help the Eliud’s of the world break a sub two-hour marathon.

So how can you find those clients?

It’s more simple than you think. In fact I even show you how I started working with and finding, higher quality clients after I fired a ton of my other clients. Click here to learn how to find higher quality, clients and make more money, but working with fewer people.
