I think the definition of confidence is being sure of the result before you’ve actually committed to the action.
But one of the things I’ve learned is that if you want to overcome fear and start getting more of the things you want, you have to jump first and start building your wings on the way down.
That’s what confidence is.
Confidence is not never having fear, it’s understanding that fear is there, but you’re still going to go for the result anyway.
It’s understanding that, yeah, jumping is scary, but I know I’m in control of building my wings on the way down so I can take off.
