Don’t be afraid to close the customer because they benefit as soon as you close them.
It’s going to be a huge weight lifted off their mind when they know that they’ve got an expert on the case.
Have you ever had to order something or make sure that someone else does something for you and order a service and the second you’ve sent the money and the second that they’ve said, “Yet, we’re going to take care of this.”, you’ve already started feeling better.
That’s because you haven’t even got the thing yet but you know that this is something that’s going to be taken care of.
You know that signing up to the gym or ordering that new laptop or getting that person to take care of your accounts and taxes is going to make your life easier in the long run.
Understand that the customer benefits as soon as you close them.
In fact, the close isn’t itself a benefit because it makes their life better because internally they feel like a weight has been lifted.
Remember that anytime you’re worried about closing someone, they’ll benefit as soon as you close them.
