A day in the life of an awful millennial influencer

5:15 AM: Wake up so that I can tell everyone I wake up at 5 AM. Drink a glass of water.

5:30 AM: Exercise and workout so I can tell everyone that I exercise early in the morning I’ll also take a plunge in my ice bath so I can tell people I use an ice bath.

7:30 AM: Eat some breakfast, usually porridge or cereal with some coffee and lots of water. Eat a banana.

8:30 AM: Arrive at my desk or at the office and check in with the team. I’ll usually take a look at all the work they’re doing and if there’s anything I need to add to my daily tasks, I’ll write them down.

9:00 AM: Check my daily tasks list which I’ve written the day before. It’s only 3-4 items with things that I need to write, do, create, or think about. Get straight to writing. Drink more water.

10:00 AM: Mornings are for writing, creativity, and brainstorming. Often I’ll write a couple of emails for the newsletter, brainstorm YouTube ideas, write scripts, or edit current working drafts.

10:30 AM: Get a snack, something like a bagel or some toast. Take the dog for a walk. Drink more water.

12:00 PM: Mondays are for planning, thinking and brainstorming. I want to get all the hardest creative work out the way. By this time I’ve either planned the next month, thought about my goals, or spoken to the team. Drink more water.

1:00 PM: Lunch. Do not skip. Mostly eggs, cheese, and ham. Lots of protein and complex carbs to fuel me for the rest of the day. Either with friends or watching TV with the dog. Drink more water. Yogurt with honey.

2:00 PM: If I have any calls, I’ll only take them in the afternoon. Usually, these are either interviews on podcasts, brainstorming sessions, calls with friends, or mastermind groups. Drink more water.

3:00 PM: Research and review time. I’ll deep dive into YouTube on topics, researching titles, thumbnails, scripts, stories and do what I can to see what’s trending or working well

3:30 PM: Snack time. Usually something like a hot cross bun or some cake. Coffee too. Drink more water.

4:30 PM: Write up my to-do list for tomorrow. It’s based on today’s list, my weekly brainstorming session, and my monthly plan.
