AVOID SMMA or SFCA

YouTube is AWASH with children telling you that there is a new type of agency that’s “crushing it” and that you all need to jump on board.

A.I. Automation Agencies.

Social Media Marketing Agencies.

SFCA, IPGA…

Ignore all of them.

Because they’re totally missing the point.

Your agency should not be defined by the type of product you want to sell.

It shouldn’t be defined by the type of service you want to deliver.

Do you remember Clubhouse?

I have no idea if Clubhouse is still going.

Maybe it is.

But when that was the hot new thing (around 2020?) there were Clubhouse consultants all over the place.

Who do you think is the BIGGEST Clubhouse consultant on the planet.

Exactly.

When you define your business by the work you do or hope to do, you’re immediately setting yourself up for failure.

Long term success comes with being adaptable, desirable and relevant.

All three have to overlap.

So instead, if you decide to work with high skill service based businesses to land them more longer term repeat customers, THAT is the type of agency you should set up.

Because when Clubhouse folds or Facebook goes more mental, you’re not stuck with something that people don’t care about.
