Starting Over? Here’s the Secret I Wish I Knew

The number one thing I’d do differently if I were starting my agency from scratch? I’d choose a niche—fast.

I’d zero in on a very specific market, solve a unique problem that no one else is tackling, and go all in.

People often worry about not having testimonials or case studies when starting out.

But here’s the truth: you don’t need them right away.

I’d dive deep into learning everything about the market I’m targeting—study it, research it, live it.

Then, I’d launch a pilot program.

Let’s say, for example, I decide to help authors writing their third book launch a course alongside it.

I’d be upfront: “We haven’t done this before, which is why it’s $6,000 instead of $20,000.”

I’d get a few testimonials, prove the concept, and build from there.

So, if you’re starting fresh, don’t wait to find your niche—nail it down, do the research, and launch with confidence.
