It is the choice to do the things that other people don’t want to do.
It’s the choice to do the things that you know are right, but that are very difficult.
Everything from eating better, sleeping better, working out, more focusing on your work, doing the work that your business requires not the work of somebody else.
Self-discipline doesn’t come from our books.
It doesn’t come from the environment.
It comes entirely from within yourself and it’s about making the right choice, even if it’s the difficult choice.
