What “enjoying” the process did for my life and business 

Enjoying the process means embracing the suck. 

I know that most of the tasks that I have laid out in order to grow my business aren’t particularly enjoyable.

But when I made the conscious decision to lean in and start embracing the fact that it’s uncomfortable (and I’m getting things wrong and I’m not enjoying it) in a weird way, I began to enjoy it.

Then because I started to enjoy it and look forward to that feeling of uncomfortability and the suck.

This is across everything. This is across marketing, sales, running a business, cooking, working out, exercising, health and fitness, and all of that.

Eventually, you start to crave hard work.

Eventually, you start to crave the suck because you realise that that’s what’s getting you closer to your goals.

So it’s about enjoying the roadblocks, because the roadblocks become the way.
