The simple strategy to turn one client into five

I’m going to show you how you can use your existing clients to dramatically increase the number of people you work with.

Let’s say you’ve got just one client right now—maybe they run a print-on-demand business.

Here’s the easiest way to turn that one client into five.

Ask them: “Do you know five or six other print-on-demand creators who might want some free training alongside you?”

Most of the time, they’ll say yes, because they know others in their industry.

Then, tell them you’re putting together a small group coaching session, and instead of charging for it, you’ll offer it for free.

“If you know five other people, why don’t we bring them together?”

From there, set up a 60–90 minute coaching call for this new group where you work through a specific problem.

Your client doesn’t have to join, but chances are they will because they’ll want to keep getting free training.

Now here’s where it gets interesting—tell your client, “If anyone signs up to work with me after this, I’ll give you 10% or 20% commission.”

If five people sign up, you’ll pay your client for a full project’s worth of commissions, and all they had to do was bring some people to free training.

Referrals are great, but the game has shifted.

Instead of asking for a direct referral, offer free group training and ask for access to their network—maybe their Facebook group or friends in the industry.

All you’re doing is giving valuable training, and then marketing to those new clients later.

That’s how you turn one client into five, effortlessly.
