Charging $25K for custom work?

Custom solutions should command a premium far beyond $25,000.

Instead of asking clients what they want, ask where their business is headed and what gap needs bridging.

If the goal is to grow from $1M to $5M in two years, that’s easily worth a million-dollar investment.

And if you’re handling the heavy lifting, hiring a couple of experts will add another $30K-$40K to the bill.

The reality is custom work often isn’t as profitable as it seems.
